New Digital Marketing qualifications in Kent 2010

CIM Kent accredited study centre, Goldcrest Academy, has become the first college to be approved to run digital qualifications in Kent.  These new courses offer practical, relevant skills that can be put to use at work immediately.  Digital skills are in demand for their low cost, high impact, meaurable and flexible use in communication campaigns.

The qualifications are awarded by the CAM Foundation, an affiliate to the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).  CAM (the Communications, Advertising and Marketing Foundation) developed these qualifications in conjunction with industry experts, employers and students.

The two new courses

1. the CAM Diploma in Digital Marketing and
2. the CAM Diploma in Digital Media

Individuals can study either for the full qualification, or can study on a module by module basis.  Each digital module is classed as a special Award and earns a Certificate from the CAM Foundation.   The module options which can lead  to a Certificate include:

• Digital Marketing Essentials
• Digital Marketing Planning
• Integrating Digital Media and Branding
• Implementing Digital Campaigns
