New for 2010 - all CAM students, on course completion can now use designatory letters after their name:

DipCAM (MComms) - this course - CAM Diploma in Marketing Communications or

What does the CAM Marcomms course consist of?

There are five modules which must be completed and passed to achieve this qualification (and the letters after your name). The modules are:

  1. Marketing and Consumer Behaviour  – assessed by assignment
  2. Direct Marketing and Sales Promotion - assessed by exam
  3. Advertising - assessed by exam
  4. Public Relations - assessed by exam
  5. Integrated Media  – assessed by assignment

How long will it take?

If you are working full time, have a life and plan to study, we take a practical view but are always led by your timing.  Our recommendation is to allow 12-15 months.  Some subjects can be studied two at a time.  We always discuss with you what you need to achieve.

What will it cost?

Goldcrest Academy tuition fees

The tuition fees are £495 per module or £1,980 for all four modules. All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

Discounts are available if you sign up for and pay for all four modules prior to course start.

Early birds discount of £180 if you sign up and pay for all four modules prior to course starting.

All Goldcrest Academy course fees include:

  1. Course induction and training sessions, including refreshments.
  2. Course book for each module (worth £30 per module or £120 across four modules);
  3. Online course materials which you can access from home, work or when mobile;
  4. Tutorial support for exams by email or telephone, along with a dedicated revision session for exam students.
  5. Tutorial support for assignments by email or telephone, along with feedback.

Step one

Please register for the course, so we can save your place, there is no fee or obligation here.  Simply click on apply for access below and complete the form.  You can fast-track the process by uploading your CV as part of normal course entry requirements.  We will then contact you directly to discuss the course and the application process.

Step two

Step three

Once the application process is completed, an invoice is required.  If you are being funded by your employer or self-pay, you can pay by cheque or online via credit card.  For credit card payments, you will be sent an email receipt immediately after payment is made for your records.

To make payment, simply login below and select the course or module you plan to study and make payment.

What about CAM fees?

CAM Fees - these are be paid direct to the CAM Foundation.  Please note that the CAM Foundation is part of the CIM.

Annual membership £140

Assessment fees x2 of £85 (assignments) each Exam fees x3 of £65- these can be paid on a 'pay as you go' basis. 

All CIM fees can be paid direct to them, please note the deadline dates. The total CAM costs are therefore £505.

It is student's responsiblity to ensure they are a member of the CIM and to meet their deadlines for assessment entry.
